How does it work?
Hosted Workforce is a co-staffing relationship, where workers are on our payroll but you manage them as if they were your own employees. We handle all of the sourcing, vetting, and clearing of new workers as well as paying them every week.
At the building level, these workers are managed the same as regular employees–you’re just saving time and money by hosting them with us.
